Incorrect Address

Please ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be reshipped once the customer pays the reshipping fee. Refunds are not issued for orders placed with incorrect address details.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item. We will investigate with the courier and provide a suitable solution.

Returns and Exchanges
