Return/ Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping with HairLift. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following return and refund terms carefully.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • If a wrong or damaged item is delivered, you must contact us within 7 days and provide photos or proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Replacement for Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item different from your order:

  1. Contact us within 7 days
  2. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue
  3. After verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the original payment method or store credit.
Refunds are only processed if:

  • The item is returned in unused, sealed condition
  • The return request is approved by our support team

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Return Shipping Cost

  1. If the item delivered is wrong or damaged, we will cover the return or replacement shipping cost.
  2. If you are returning due to personal choice (not damage or error), return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
