Thank you for shopping with HairLift. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following return and refund terms carefully.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
- If a wrong or damaged item is delivered, you must contact us within 7 days and provide photos or proof.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Replacement for Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or an item different from your order:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue
- After verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost
Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the original payment method or store credit.
Refunds are only processed if:
- The item is returned in unused, sealed condition
- The return request is approved by our support team
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Return Shipping Cost
- If the item delivered is wrong or damaged, we will cover the return or replacement shipping cost.
- If you are returning due to personal choice (not damage or error), return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
